SHIPPING:
All orders are processed & shipped within 3-5 business days of order date
(unless mentioned differently in title or description) 

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. (Please check your spam mail)
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to generate

    RETURNS:

    Customer has 7 days from delivery date to return or exchange items

    We will exchange an item if you need a different size or if there was an order issue on our side (wrong product sent) if the other size is still available.

    Products must be unworn and in their original packaging, with tags still attached. We do not take back worn items. 

    Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
    To begin a return, Email us at fiaandbelle@gmail.com with "return" in the subject line, your name, order number, reason for the return, and the item you are returning.

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

    Fia and Belle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking information indicates "Delivered” Fia and Belle is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding these issues. 

    If your package has not arrived in a timely fashion please contact the shipping company. One the package has been scanned into the system by the shipping company it is not longer our responsibility. We cannot be held liable for lost packages by USPS or UPS. Please file a claim accordingly.

     

    INCORRECT ADDRESSES/RE SHIP FEES:

    We are not in charge of reshipping orders if you input the wrong address. Please double check your address before checking out! If you enter the wrong address and we ship your order & it gets returned to us you will be required to pay a reship fee of whatever it costs to resend it to you.

     

    CUSTOMER SERVICE:
    Please allow up to 24 hours for your email to be responded to by our Customer Service Team.  Any emails sent after business hours are responded to the next business day. Please do not contact us on IG direct messages about customer service issues
