We accept returns of unworn and unused items in their original condition with tags attached within 7 days of the delivery arrival date. We do not accept returns of clothing items that have been worn or show signs of wear, scents or makeup around the neckline. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Returns postmarked outside of the 7 day window will not be accepted. Please include your name and order number with the return item(s). We will refund upon receipt and evaluation of the return. A $5 restock fee will be applied to each return. Please insure your return items as we are not liable for lost or damaged return packages.

PICKUP POLICY: In store pickup orders will be held for 7 days. After 7 days your order will be cancelled and a 10% restock fee will subtracted from your refund.
All SALE/CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE and will not be refunded. Please do not return them by mail as they will not be refunded and will only be returned at buyers expense.
CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY RETURNS: All (Christmas and holiday specific excluded) items purchased after November 26 may be returned for in store credit or exchanged until January 1, 2021 (postmarked no later). No refunds will be made after the normal 14 day policy above. After January 1, the normal 14 day return policy will apply. No exceptions will be made.
Please keep in mind that we are a small business and have limited stock of each item we sell. We do not do price adjustments. We sell out of many of our items very quickly and cannot guarantee and often do not restock merchandise.
